Our Story
The Supreme Court Bar Association Multi-State Co-operative Group Housing Society Ltd. (Regd.) is a Society registered vide registration No. MSCS/ CR/ 221/ 2004 dated 20.04.2005. The Society was formed by Supreme Court Advocates to provide for Housing to the members of the said Bar Association. NOIDA Authority allotted 10 acres of land being Plot Nos. GH-04 & GH-05 in Sector-99, NOIDA in favour of the Society. The Society constructed 684 flats and allotted 675 flat and remaining 9 unsold/allotted flats are with the possession of Society. After allotment of the flats to 675 members, Supreme Towers Apartment Owners Association (in short ‘STAOA’) was registered on 16.02.2016 and the said registered body is regulated in terms of the UP Apartment Owners Association Act, 2010.
